Our very own founder and the pip podcast co-host, Veronica, has officially received her 200hr yoga teacher certificate, allowing her to teach yoga world-wide. That means yoga poses and flows by chronic illness for chronic illness is very shortly coming your way.
Whether you’re looking for a short sequence of poses to do when you have cramps or a migraine, want a 20 minute flow for a certain phase of your menstrual cycle, or are looking for an athletic, creative, sweaty 60 minute flow for when you feel strong and powerful, yoga by pip will have you covered!
