While Valentine’s Day can have many meanings for people – both good, bad, and maybe somewhere in between? – and may be pretty commercial in recent times, we at pip wanted to wish you a good one nonetheless!
Whether you celebrate it, loathe it, dread it, look forward to it, or something else entirely, we hope you take today as a reminder to love yourself first and foremost.
And self-love can be hard, trust, we know. But let’s take today to try and do it anyways. Treat yourself to a extra coffee, some chocolates, a bag of chips, whatever makes you happy! And if all those goodies give your a flare up, then treat yourself to something that wont hurt you, but heal you. Flowers maybe? A new tea cup? A manicure even!
Spend today spoiling yourself in whatever that looks like. It doesn’t even have to include money – it could be a walk outside in the sun, or an evening laying on the couch binging your fav show not moving even once. Do whatever heals and strengthens YOU!
